We ask what's wrong, what you want to fix, and how you use the house: rooms that never cool, noise, bills, air quality.

Evaluation
Measured, not guessed
We inspect the existing equipment, ductwork, electrical service, refrigerant lines and attic or closet access, and run a load calculation.

Written options
Same-week proposal
You get two or three system options with model numbers, SEER2/HSPF2 ratings, scope of work and pricing. No pressure.
- 04
Installation
Usually one day
When the job needs a permit, it's pulled first. Floors protected, old equipment recovered and removed, new system set, connected, evacuated and charged by weight.
- 05
Startup & commissioning
Commissioned
We verify airflow, temperature split, refrigerant charge and thermostat operation with you. On jobs that need one, we coordinate the city inspection and energy-code testing.

Our office is in Miramar. Coastal Zone 7 homes and inland Zone 10 homes need different equipment choices, and we plan for both.
