Service & maintenanceGeneral contractors
HVAC scope on new construction and tenant improvements: rooftop units, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductwork design and installation, building-automation integration, Title 24 compliance, and permits and inspections handled on projects that need them.
Installation & replacementBusiness owners
Replacing a failing rooftop unit, adding capacity for a new layout, or keeping a single building running through summer. One licensed contractor for the equipment, the electrical (C-10) and, when the job needs one, the permit.

Working with general contractors
We've carried the HVAC scope on commercial projects for San Diego GCs for years. What that looks like in practice:
- Scheduling coordination
- We work to your construction schedule: rough-in, set, trim and startup sequenced with framing, roofing, electrical and ceiling close-up rather than around them.
- Submittals and documentation
- Equipment submittals, cut sheets, Title 24 forms, startup reports and closeout documents delivered in the format your project manager needs.
- Inspections
- When a project needs a permit, we pull it under our C-20 license, schedule the inspection and are on site for it, so a failed inspection is never the GC's problem to chase.
