What Superior Air is, in plain terms
Superior Air is a licensed heating and air-conditioning contractor (a corporation, not a sole proprietor) that has held California license #669421 since 1993. The license carries two classifications, C-20 (HVAC) and C-10 (Electrical), which in practice means the same crew can set the equipment and wire it. When the job needs a permit, we pull it ourselves. Floors protected, old refrigerant recovered, new equipment set, evacuated and charged by weight.

Residential
Full-system replacement is the core: AC and furnace changeouts, heat pump conversions, ductwork evaluation and replacement, ductless mini-splits for additions and older homes. Repair and maintenance keep existing systems running until replacement makes sense, and we’ll tell you which one you’re looking at.
Commercial
Installation and replacement of rooftop package units, split systems, VRF/VRV and ductwork on new construction and tenant improvements, coordinated with general contractors’ schedules. Preventive-maintenance programs and repair for property managers and business owners.
